DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT? We strongly recommend appointments to ensure that a consultant can spend enough time with you, but you are also welcome to visit us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ORDER A GOWN? Gowns typically take 4 to 6 months to arrive in our store, depending on designer and order time. Rush orders are available and delivery dates range from 8-14 weeks. Please note that rush orders will have an additional charge. If a dress is needed in a shorter time period, a more suitable option is to purchase one of our sample or in-stock gowns. Do not forget to allow time for alterations.

CAN THE DRESS BE ORDERED WITH CHANGES? Custom changes are possible, but it depends on the designer and dress you choose. Please be aware of additional charges for most custom changes.

MAY I TAKE PICTURES OF THE GOWNS I TRY ON? Yes.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET NEW DRESSES IN STORE? We receive new stock twice a year; during the introductions of the spring and fall collections.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ORDER BRIDESMAID DRESSES? Most bridesmaid and Mother dresses take 3-4 months to arrive in-store. It is important to order bridesmaid dresses at the same time to ensure that the same colours and fabrics are used for each dress.
